Omid Center, as one of the pioneer radiotherapy centers in the country, was equipped with the VERSA HD device produced by the famous Electa Company in field of radiotherapy equipment.

This device is one of the pioneers of the Electa Company and has been specially designed for the treatments such as SRS and SBRT, which emit a large amount of radiation to the target tissue in several sessions, and led to positive results in tumor and cancer control.

Another advantages of this complex is possession of the VERSA HD device. One of its capabilities is VMAT treatment, which simultaneously rotates around the patient and emits radiation at different angles with various intensity, which accelerates the treatment and reduces the time that patient is lying on the bed.

Currently, all the necessary equipment for SRS, SBRT, VMAT treatments with VERSA HD device have been provided and soon after receiving the necessary permits of the Atomic Energy Organization and the Ministry of Health, these advanced treatments will be suggested to the patients.
